Welcome to GRAS

I wanted to start with a big HELLO to everyone visiting this site. In the past year we have all undergone several shifts and adaptations to our daily routines and way of life (talk about behaviour change). We’ve had to learn, alter and reconfigure the way in which we think, function and act.

During uncertain times it may be hard to find a silver-lining, but setting small goals and remaining consistent in our pursuits can have a positive influence; not only on ourselves, but those around us.

Start by setting the stage for healthy habits; ones that are achievable. Work to measure and assess your behaviour and how you start to succumb to the simple structures you put in place. Behaviour change can take time; it’s an entire process that we undergo but it can have a lasting impact in forming successful behaviour chains!
