Ashley Oudman

Ashley joined the GRAS team in March 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology with a specialization in Developmental Psychology and a minor in Criminology. She has experience working at a Boy’s Home, where she supported adolescents with diverse needs, helping them develop essential life and social skills. In addition, she has experience in a kindergarten classroom and in a long-term care wing of a seniors’ centre, giving her the opportunity to work with individuals across different stages of life. Ashley believes that building strong, trusting relationships is key to meaningful progress and is committed to fostering a supportive environment where individuals can feel empowered to grow. With an interest in psychology and human development, she finds great fulfillment in helping others achieve their goals. When she’s not working, Ashley enjoys hiking with friends and reading.
